Susan Surrette of Fort Lauderdale was arrested on Wednesday for disorderly intoxication.
When Broward County Judge John Hurley asked her what she does for employment, she said she works as a hair dresser and as an escort, under the name "Kayla Kupcakes".
She then went on to claim she was roughed up by police. In an effort to back up her claims, she offered evidence by lifting her shirt, showing her breasts and alleged bruising.
Judge Hurley remained calm and said "Okay, well I guess that kind of sums everything up".
The judge ordered a mental health evaluation. Her bond was set at $100, which was later posted.
