Train carrying corn syrup derails in Arizona

A train derailment in Arizona briefly sparked fears of another toxic spill - but it turned out to just be corn syrup.

The train derailed Wednesday night near the town of Topock along Interstate 40.

Initial reports claimed it was carrying hazardous materials, but later it was revealed that there was no spill and that the train was transporting corn syrup.

The NTSB is investigating the cause of the derailment.
