It may have been a rough couple of days for Taylor Swift.

First, hackers threatened to put out nude photos of the “Blank Space” singer.

Now, Radar Online reports a convicted child pornographer wants $100 million, accusing Swift of using his life story for lyrics in her newest album "1989."

Jose Hilario, 35, says his “heart hurts” after they spoke online for months, leading up to a culminating encounter at a Rhode Island mall on April 13, 2008.

Hilario claims that Swift made a promise to “help him with his legal problems and that she would write and sing songs about him.” But he says she never lived up to that promise.

The lawsuit alleges that Swift begged Hilario to meet her because “she was lonely and sad and that she needed someone to chat with.”

Apparently, “they hugged and kissed each other.”

Days after the meeting, the FBI busted Hilario for child porn possession.

Hilario hopes Swift will make good on her promise…and also introduce him to Miley Cyrus.
