Peter Douglas Emr, 34, has a second persona “Emr the Jester”, performing for kids all across the Gulf Coast.
But the curtain will likely close on Emr after detectives from the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office found more than 400 child porn images on his electronic devices.
Those photos involved babies as young as 3 months old involved in bondage and sex.
WFLA spoke with neighbors who say the man was often "touchy-feely" with all the neighborhood kids.
Detectives say the puppeteer was arrested for six counts of child pornography possession and three counts of sexual performance with intent to promote.
Emr remains in the Pinellas County Jail on $320,000 bail.
