A Casselberry woman is in hot water after being arrested for masturbating on the roof of a car in traffic on Sunday night.
31 year old Amie Carter appeared to cops to be under the influence of an unknown substance," according to an Orlando cops .
The owners of the car that Carter was trying to mount says she appeared out of no where completely naked and climbed on top of their car at a traffic light.
Officers were forced to wrestle Carter out of the road.
Once she was out of harms way cops put her in handcufffs and covered the naked woman with a blanket.
The owner of the car tells cops that Carter left dents in his car’s roof and hood, damage he says is upwards of $1500.
Carter was arrested for criminal mischief and exposure of sexual organs.
She was booked into the Orange County jail, where she remains locked up in lieu of $1100 bond.
The Smoking Gun reports Carter's rap sheet includes prior arrests for narcotics possession, theft, resisting arrest, burglary, drunk driving, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
