A federal judge is kicking George Zimmerman's parents lawsuit against comedian Roseanne Barr back to state court in Sanford.
News 96-5 legal analyst Sherri Dewitt tells us the suit doesn't meet the requirements in federal court.
"The judge basically said federal court doesn't have jurisdiction, the case needs to go back to the state," says Dewitt.
Robert and Gladys Zimmerman sued after the comedian posted their address on Twitter during their son's high profile trial.
