Orlando, Fla. — As part of phase one, Disney Springs will re-open their doors for business on May 20. However, there are a few things that you should know before your plan on heading down there:
Limited Parking & Reduced Entrances
During this initial phase, you will be directed to self park in the Orange and Lime Garages. You can only enter Disney Springs via the Orange and Lime Garages, Hotel Plaza Boulevard pedestrian bridge or the ride share location.
Temperature screenings
Before you are allowed to enter, you will have to receive temperature screenings with no touch thermometers. Anyone with temperatures 100.4 and above will not be allowed entry, nor will those in their party. Check temperatures of yourself and your party prior to leaving home as an extra layer of precaution.
Physical distancing & Capacity measures
Disney Springs limit the number of guests visiting, as well as inside each location. Ground marking and physical barriers will help everyone get around.
Face coverings
Everyone 3 years of age and older, along with cast members and operating participant employees, will be required to wear an appropriate face covering. Guests must bring their own.
Operational Changes
They will have reduced hours at select locations and temporary closures of scheduled entertainment and high touch interactive areas. Check here for operating hours. They also recommend cashless payments.
Cleanliness
There will be hand sanitizer and hand washing locations throughout the Springs. They encourage guests to use them as often as possible.
