Two 15-year-old girls from Maine are now facing animal cruelty charges after posting a despicable video on Twitter.
The teenagers uploaded a video to Twitter of them happily putting a helpless kitten inside of a microwave and then turned it on. The kitten can be seen scrambling around in a panic before one of the girls comes and opens the door.
Fortunately, the kitten survived and the owner handed her over to animal services. The little furball has been renamed Miracle by the animal shelter staff that's treating her.
