Orlando, Fla. — Belle Isle Police have released video showing Stephanie Hollingsworth in an Orlando Walmart on the same day she was reported missing.
The 50-year-old mother was last seen leaving her home around noon on Friday, Sept. 25 at 5030 Monet Avenue in Belle Isle.
Police continue to say they are “extremely concerned” with Hollingsworth’s well-being as she “suffers from some mental conditions and needs care.”
Surveillance video released Monday was captured at 2 p.m. on Sept. 25 at the Walmart on 5991 S Goldenrod Road in Orlando about two hours after Hollingsworth left her residence.

According to Belle Isle Police, Hollingsworth is 5′4″, approximately 115 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
She is believed to be traveling in a 2000 Silver Chevrolet Tahoe with the Florida license plate Y50XUR.
Crimeline is offering a $5,000 reward for information on Hollingsworth’s whereabouts.
