ITT Technical Institute announced Tuesday it's closing its 130 campuses nationwide, including it's campus in Lake Mary.
The closure affects about 40,000 students in 38 states and 450 students at the Lake Mary campus.
Seminole State College of Florida said late Tuesday it is ready to help ITT students looking to continue their education.
Seminole State offers 200 degrees, certificates and programs including information technology, electronic engineering technology, drafting and design, nursing and health sciences, business and accounting.
Representives with Seminole State College told News 96.5 WDBO, they have financial aid staff ready to help and in some cases students who act quickly may be able to start classes as soon as Monday
