Near-record heat Monday before front brings storms, cooler temperatures this week

ORLANDO, Fla. — Parts of Central Florida will see near-record heat on Monday.

Our area is forecast to be partly cloudy and hot overall.

The high temperature in Orlando should reach around 92 degrees Monday afternoon.

Conditions will be similar but slightly cooler Tuesday with a high of 91 degrees.

We will also see a chance for a late shower Tuesday as a weakened front moves through Florida.

High temperatures will lower to the 80s on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

We will be back in the 90s for the weekend.

There will be a chance for isolated thunderstorms on Sunday.
