Orlando, Fla. — If you’re feeling numb from the coronavirus news, get comfortable.
Pink Floyd is livestreaming its 1994 Pulse concert film in London on YouTube.
And it doesn’t stop there. Every Friday at noon, the iconic progressive rock group will be streaming archival concerts until further notice during the novel coronavirus pandemic.
"We'd like to wish you all the best, and hope that you and your families are staying safe and well in these difficult times," said the band in a statement on Facebook. "We will continue to post as normal to hopefully give you some interesting and diverting images, music and video to help us all get through this."
The setlist includes hits from 1973's Dark Side of the Moon, 1975's Wish You Were Here and 1977's Animals.
Some of the themes these albums dealt included madness, loneliness, isolation, capitalism and the decline of civilization. All things some of us can relate to right now.
Pink Floyd isn’t the only one feeding fans a nostalgic dose of online jams.
Metallica, Phish and Radiohead have streamed shows for fans.
At this point, it's probably a good bet to check your favorite artist's social channels for news on what they're doing.
