Government officials have granted Disney permission to fly drones at both Walt Disney World and Walt Disney Land.
Earlier this week, the FAA issued the waiver to Disney Parks and Resorts, allowing the drones to be flown.
It does require that drone operators at Disney have remote pilot certificates and allows the aircraft to be flown at night for entertainment purposes.
It also says Disney has taken adequate steps to prevent risks from drone-flying on its properties.
