Rejoice wrestle fans!
The rumor has been proven true: Wrestlemania 36 will take place in Tampa.
It was just a year ago that the city placed a bid to have the major event visit them and luck has come to them quickly as World Wrestling Entertainment decided on Raymond James Stadium to hold their biggest show.
66,000 fans will be able to fill that stadium in 2020 to witness the wrestling stars.
Tampa has a sweet relationship with the WWE as many of its biggest characters call the town home, including Dave Bautista and John Cena.
Wrestlemania has only taken place in Florida three times so far: Orlando hosted in 2008 and 2017 while Miami hosted the main event in 2012.
