We’ve all heard of porch pirates ... the term used for scofflaws that steal packages off people’s front porches. But a Texas neighborhood has a slight variation of the porch pirate.

here were several boxes on the front step, but KitKat only wanted that one box .. which we’ve learned contained Milk-Bone dog treats.
