Cades Cove, Smoky Mountains — Rebecca Connell spotted this mama bear while driving near Cades Cove in the Smoky Mountains Thursday.
Imagine her surprise when the black bear led not one, not two, not three but four cubs across the road!
Connell shared her video on Facebook saying “So this just happened!” and by Friday already had 9 million views.

We checked with the American Bear Association and they say that black bears can have up to five cubs every two years but the average is two or three.
Lucky for this mama, Connell stopped in time for all those babies to make it across safely!
