Pocahontas descendant defends Trump’s use of name

Palm Beach County, Fla. — A descendant of famous indian Pocahontas, who is a member of President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort, said the is not offended by his use of the name when refering to Native Americans.

Debbie Porecco said “sometimes people read into things too much,” in a recent interview with the Palm Beach Post.
