The NCAA is petitioning to cancel a urology center's registered trademark for VASECTOMY MAYHEM, claiming that it's confusingly similar to NCAA marks like MARCH MAYHEM.

The annual NCAA basketball tournament is often referred to as “March Madness” and there is research to suggest the urologist may be on to something with his attempt at a pun.
According to WebMD, vasectomies peak during the month of March and the article suggests men may be scheduling their vasectomies around tournament time to take advantage of the downtime to watch games.
