This time there was no doubt that the offender was in fact Florida Man thanks to the unmistakable tattoo of the state right in the center of his forehead.
New Port Richey police say 22-year-old Matthew Leatham called 911 for a ride home twice.
The police report shows that the arresting officer offered to call Leatham a taxi after his first dial, but Leatham said he didn’t have the money and walked away.
In true, Florida Man style, Leatham then called 911 a second time and again asked for a ride, according to the complaint.

That’s when officers arrested him.
He has been charged with misuse of the 911 system as well as possession of marijuana.
Jail records show he has been released on a $300 bond.
