No kidding, transportation officials in a British city are now saying that snakeskin is not considered to be an acceptable material for face masks -- especially when it’s still attached to a snake.
Photos snapped onboard a Manchester bus, show the man sitting in his seat with a live snake wrapped around his head and mouth.

As you can imagine, they went viral!
Witnesses first thought it was some sort of a funky mask until it started moving!

The man used the large reptile, which hung around his neck, as a face covering while boarding the Swinton to Manchester service at Salford precinct.

One woman told the Manchester Evening News that “It was definitely entertaining.”
The photos show the man was not wearing a face mask underneath the snake which is required on city buses.
A Transport for Greater Manchester representative spoke with CNN and said, “This needn’t be a surgical mask ... passengers can make their own or wear something suitable, such as a scarf or bandanna."
But apparently they do not think that extends to a live snake.
