Zenaida Gonzalez was arrested Friday night and booked into the Orange County Jail, but she has since bonded out.
Gonzalez, 41, was arrested by the Florida Department of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco on charges of serving alcohol to a minor.
According to an arrest report, Gonzalez sold a can of Four Loko to an underage operative ,after checking identification, but failing to determine the age.
Gonzalez is suing Casey Anthony for defamation.
Anthony was found not guilty of killing her daughter Caylee over a year ago. Anthony had claimed that a babysitter named Zenaida Gonzalez had kidnapped her daughter.
