Winter Park developer arrested for stalking

A prominent Winter Park developer has been arrested for stalking. 

Dan Bellows has been in the news this week for a controversial development he's planning near Winter Park.

Bellows has been planning a huge development in the area near Winter Park Village which would include retail space, apartments and hotel rooms, but now he's under arrest because of these stalking charges.

The charges stem from an incident which the judge describes as a "love triangle" involving a woman bellows works with and another man. 

Bellows is accused of showing up at the woman's house in the middle of the night and threatening the other man.

Bellows is already out on bond for DUI. He's under home confinement for the stalking charges.

Bellows has a criminal record dating back to 1994.
