Wings & Wildflowers, huge game for Orlando City and a BlocktoberFest bash - the icFlorida 'Fun 3'

With outstanding weather in the forecast this will be a great weekend to get outside and enjoy yourself, and there is certainly no shortage of things to do around Central Florida.

To help us sort through some of the hottest happenings, icFlorida's Estee Martin spent a few minutes Friday morning with Orlando's Morning News with Joe Kelley.

Here's are our top picks for this weekend:

Lake County is the destination for bird and nature lovers as they'll flock to the 4th Annual Wings & Wildflowers Festival, Friday through Sunday at Venetian Gardens in Leesburg. Book a field trip by land or water and track your sightings on your official bird checklist. There are also presentations and workshops, and lots of fun activities for the children including animal encounters, crafts, games and entertainment.

Two world-class international soccer players will attempt to lead their MLS side to victory when Kaka-led Orlando City SC square off with the resurgent Montreal Impact led by Didier Drogba. Plain and simple, City need a win to keep its playoffs hopes alive. Expect one of the loudest crowds and most intense games of the season, Saturday night at theOrlando Citrus Bowl.

Break out the lederhosen and head for Wall Street Plaza in downtown Orlando this Saturday as it's transformed into the ultimate German party for the annual BlocktoberFest block party. Revelers will enjoy German food, German music, lots of Jagermeister and Sam Adams Oktoberfest beer, a Stein Hoisting competition and more. Admission is FREE!
