The Broward County Sheriff's office says no charges are being filed against the wife of Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill after she misplaced her AR-15 assault rifle.
The Sheriff's Office says Lauren Tannehill accidentally left the rifle in the back of a rented SUV when she returned it to Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport.
The weapon was not found by the staff of E-Z rent a car, but by the daughter of Judith Fleissing who rented the vehicle later that day. Fleissing, visiting from New York, called the rental company who told her to bring it to police.
The gun is is legally registered to the couple.
