Prepare to be amazed!
Former Towson University gymnast Kacy Catanzaro is officially the only woman to ever complete "Mt. Midoriyama," one of the most difficult obstacle courses on NBC's American Ninja Warrior.
Just to be clear-- the course is grueling for both men AND women.
Kacy is just 5-feet tall and weighs 100 pounds. She was named NCAA Southeast Regional Gymnast of the Year during her time at Towson. And her skills seemed to give her a huge boost in the competition!
Conquering the 70-foot steel structure means she'll now head to the 2014 Dallas finals, challenging some of the show's top competitors.
