A YouTube video has emerged reportedly showing Virginia gunman Vester Lee Flanagan during a road rage incident just weeks before killing WDBJ-TV news reporter Alison Parker and cameraman Adam Ward.
Brandon Foster says that Flanagan was 'driving like a maniac' at more than 100 mph in Roanoke, Virginia, on July 6.
In the video description, he says: 'I called this man out at a red light for driving like a maniac. He then followed me to my destination driving recklessly, and stopping traffic to continue the argument, the rest is on film.'
Flanagan can be seen wearing a blue jersey and khaki pants, also holding a camera and appearing to film the incident as the men argue. Next to him is a silver Ford Mustang--thought to be the same car he fled in after shooting Parker and Ward.
"Are you finished?" Flanagan can be heard asking after Foster says he followed him to his destination for telling Flanagan he was 'driving like a lunatic.'
"I've been finished. You followed me here!" says Foster. Flanagan then says, "You need to lose some weight, sir."
The two men continue to exchange words as Foster walks inside a building. The video ends with Foster saying, 'You call a guy out for driving like a p**** and you think he's going to lose his mind.'
Flanagan died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound shortly after the August 26 shooting. Police say he was a disgruntled former employee of WDBJ who was fired after poor performance reviews and 'aggressive behavior' toward colleagues.
