ORLANDO, FLORIDA — Disney is apologizing after several guests got  stuck on a monorail when the doors failed to open  Saturday night.

"We're stuck! Help us!" the guests yelled as they banged on the windows of the yellow monorail.

According to the description on YouTube, the doors to the train wouldn't open as it passed the Ticket & Transportation Center, the Polynesian Village Resort and the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. One guest reportedly tried to use the monorail's emergency phone but no one answered.

Finally, when the monorail reached the Grand Floridian, a cast member heard the yelling and opened the doors.

“We apologize for the inconvenience and are looking into this matter,” said a Disney spokeswoman in a statement on Monday.

Disney’s monorail fails have been trending on social media this year. Just last month, a monorail door became unhinged and nearly fell off. Back in January, video shows a monorail traveling with the doors open while Disney guests were on board.
