Two men hospitalized after shooting at apartment complex off East Osceola Parkway (Osceola County Sheriff's Office)

Osceola County, Fla. — Police in Osceola County are investigating a shooting at an apartment complex that left two men in the hospital Saturday night.

They say around 8:22 p.m., they went to the Osceola Pointe Apartments on Bald Cypress in response to a shooting.

Deputies on scene found a male victim who was taken to the hospital in critical condition. They later learned that another shooting victim from the same area was also taken to the hospital.

Investigators determined that a group of men got into an altercation which then led to a shooting. Detectives identified Jean Carlos Burgos as one of the men who were involved and is currently in critical condition.

16 year old Jesus Marquez-Sanchez and 17 year old Elias Perez were identified as being involved in the shooting and were arrested. Both men face charges of attempted murder and remain in custody.
