Orlando, Fla. — Two suspects have been arrested in a double murder that took place on July 18th at a Parramore apartment complex.
On July 18th at 6:51 a.m., OPD responded to a man down call at 1032 West Jefferson Street. After arriving, they found a male and female dead inside an apartment and were pronounced dead at the scene.
Deputies later learned that the victims, 52 year old Cynthia Stack and 22 year old Sean Stack, are mother and son. Following an arrest warrant, Amelia Bissoon(left) and Joshua Ramsawmy(right) were arrested in the case.
Bissoon has been charged with two counts of Principal First Degree Murder. Ramsawmy has been charged with two counts of First Degree Murder with a Firearm. Both were also charged with Exploitation of the Elderly and several counts of fraud.
