Kissimmee, Fla. — Osceola County deputies need your help to find the suspect wanted in a shooting that happened at an apartment complex near The Loop in Kissimmee.
They say Friday night around 7 p.m., they responded to the Sonoma Pointe Apartments on 1311 Santa Rosa Drive. Once there, they found a victim, later identified as 31 year old Harold Jones III in front of the building with a gunshot wound. Jones was taken to Orlando Health Emergency and was pronounced dead.
The armed suspect in this case has been described as a black male between 5'8'' and 5'10'', weighing 200 pounds and has short black hair. He was last seen wearing a black bandana, shorts, a black shirt and slippers. Deputies say the suspect fled the scene in a black 4 door sedan, which could possibly be a newer model Nissan Altima, with tinted windows and after market rims.
Deputies believe this is an isolated incident and poses no threat to the public. if you have any information about this case, you are asked to call the Osceola County Sheriff's Office at 407-348-2222 or Crimeline at 1-800-423-8477. Crimeline says you are eligible for a reward up to $1,000 for any information that leads to an arrest.
