Orlando police have reopened all westbound lanes of State Road 408 at Semoran Boulevard.
Motorists looking to enter SR 408 Eastbound in the area of the crash are encouraged to access the Expressway via Lake Underhill Road and Yucatan Drive.

Two people died early Friday in a crash along State Road 408, Orlando police said.
The “multi-vehicle” crash happened around 2:30 a.m. at the Semoran Boulevard toll plaza.
Orlando police say the crash has forced the closure of:
- State Road 408 eastbound lanes at the Conway Road exit
- State Road 408 westbound Sunpass lanes at the Semoran Boulevard toll plaza

WDBO has learned that both people who died were pedestrians.
Police say they were outside of their own vehicles when they were struck and killed by one or more cars.
Traffic investigators have not identified those killed and said they’re actively working to figure out what caused the crash.
As of 3:30 a.m. Friday, investigators said they expected these stretches of State Road 408 to remain closed for several hours.
