The owner of the Horse World Riding Stables in Kissimmee is being held with bond, accused of performing sex acts on a minor.
Cops say 69 year old Wheeler Loomes began the abuse when the girl was just five years old.
Twis Lizasuain with the Osceola County Sheriff's Office tells WDBO, after four years the little girl came forward to report the crimes.
"She was able to give detailed reports of how he forced her to perform sex acts and how he touched her inappropriately," said Lizasuain.
When WDBO called Horse World Riding Stables, they said reservations for rides are still being taken despite their bosses' absence.
