We first told you about this research team last year when they found a similar virus buried in Siberia.
This latest discovery is of the 'Mollivirus Sibericum,' a 30,000 year old virus that was found about 100 feet below the surface in the Siberian permafrost.
The scientists believe an ancient squirrel ate a fruit seed, and deposited it where it was found two weeks ago.
Researchers say the virus is still infectious, but don't believe it is of any harm to humans.
Others believe that if global warming continues, more and maybe dangerous viruses will be exposed.
