The Seminole County man who has become known as the "Junk Man" will talk about the latest fines for his messy home at a news conference Monday morning.
Earlier this month, the county slapped Alan Davis with seven new violations.
Davis has already served prison time for the overgrown weeds, trash and used-cars in his Altamonte Springs yard. His history of code enforcement violations goes back more than two decades.
The county code enforcement depatrment will decide next month whether to fine Davis again.
