ORLANDO, Fla. - Orange County Clerk of Courts, Tiffany Moore Russell, joined ‘Orlando’s Morning News’ on Thursday to make one last effort to appeal voters ahead of the Nov. 3 election.

She talked about how she thinks she did in a Channel 9 debate that aired live on Oct. 28, her stance on Amendment 3 and what she would want to accomplish as Orange County Mayor.

One main difference between Moore Russell and her opponent is her approach to Amendment 3. Moore Russell opposes the measure saying that the proposal is misleading to voters and that it would put the county’s housing trust fund at risk.

“It’s misleading to all voters,” Moore Russell said about Amendment 3. “It does not provide any relief to anyone who rents in this community either. Over 45% of people living in Orange County are renters.”

Florida’s midterm election is Tuesday, Nov. 3 and there are multiple seats up for grabs including the Orange County Mayor position.
