Orange County, Fla. — Orange County Public Schools has created a way for everyone to report any positive COVID cases that may pop up over the Thanksgiving break.
On the front page of their website, OCPS has posted a link to a secure form that requires the individual to fill out information, like the school they attend and the last time they were on campus. It also requires lab documentation of the positive test.
If there is more than one case that needs to be reported, you will have to fill out more than one report. You can access the form here.
