A home that sits inside a gated property in Orange County hosts family-friendly children's events like Easter egg hunts by day, but by night it turns into the Honey Ranch, which hosts late night parties with lots of strippers and lots of alcohol, News 96.5  has learned.

On the outside, the Hiawasse Road home is decked out in Christmas wreaths, but neighbors said they're not fooled by the holiday façade.

Neighbor Lisa Moffett moved in to a nearby home and said things have been quiet for the most part, but other neighbors said that isn't always the case. They were shocked to learn the noise had been the result of late night parties filled with many people and exotic dancers.

"Disgusting. Disgusting," said one neighbor. "I am very sad it was happening here in our subdivision. It's not our subdivision, but it's behind us."

A quick Google search shows Facebook invites to the Honey Ranch going out to 22,000 people. Not that many show up to the parties, but photos show a packed house with lines of people and vehicles everywhere.

The property is also the home to the Edgerrin James Foundation Summer Camp. For eight weeks, children show up for sports and tutoring.

According to the property appraiser, the former NFL star owns the home with his brother, Jeffrey James, an Orange County teacher.

In the meantime neighbors hope he realizes the area is for homes, not extracurricular activities.

The Orange County Sheriff's Office said they're keeping a close eye on the property.
