Dale Carl Miller, 52, got the attention of Osceola County Sheriff detectives in May after they received a tip that he was having inappropriate communications with kids.
Based on this information, detectives began chatting with Miller online, pretending to be a 14-year-old girl.
They had several conversations with Miller, and on three separate occasions he sent what detectives say were inappropriate photos.
Miller was placed under arrest Tuesday and charged with three counts of Transmission of Harmful Materials to a Minor.
