The jury will return to the courtroom Wednesday for the sentencing phase of the trial.
Throughout the trial prosecutors argued Toledo was angry over an affair Yessenia had with a co-worker.
The defense argued there was no definitive proof of how the children were killed, although Toledo tried to pin it on a neighbor and friend, Tyshawn Jackson.
State prosecutors says Toledo told police he will never tell them where the bodies are.
Suarez's family hugged and sobbed after the verdict was read, walking away from the courtroom with a sense of justice.
The trial was moved to St. Augustine from Volusia County due to the media attention in Central Florida.
