Orange County Sheriff’s office is investigating a robbery that occurred at a local Family Dollar store.
The robbery occurred on July 4th at the Family Dollar located at 3015 South Rio Grande Ave.
Video footage showed the suspect entering the store around 7:15 p.m., but never leaving. As employees started to close the store, footage shows a person still inside the store.
After employees locked the doors and went into an office to count money, the suspect kicked through a door and demanded money with a handgun from the safe.
“Give me all the money and I mean all of it doesn’t do anything stupid,” he told an employee.
The suspect is described as a black male, 5’10” and 160 pounds. Anyone with information is asked to call Crimeline.
