A Polk County man was arrested after deputies said he victimized women under false pretenses to gain access to their feet for his sexual gratification.
Reginald Cruz, 23, was charged with obtaining property by fraud, two counts of battery and one count of attempted battery.
Cruz was also charged with lewd lascivious conduct on a person less than 18 years of age, after deputies said he approached a 10-year-old girl, asking to touch her toes.
Detectives said they are concerned that Cruz may have victimized others and are asking for those potential victims to contact the Polk County Sheriff's Office at 863-298-6200.
