A Polk County man with a foot fetish has been arrested, after cops say he asked a ten year old girl to see her toes.
Investigators tell WDBO, 23 year old Reginald Cruz has had the strange obsession since he was six years old, convincing his victims that he needed to massage their feet to earn merit badges in the Cub Scouts.
"If they allowed him to give massages, he would end up trying to lick their feet or suck their toes," says Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd.
He says when Cruz got older he began to pose as a college student doing a study on podiatry, all in an attempt to gain more access to feet.
Detectives suspect Cruz may have more victims and ask anyone with new information to come forward.
