A motorist in Volusia County made a grim discovery Sunday night.
Florida Highway Patrol troopers tell News 96.5 a driver on Brownlee Road near Seville came across a parked Ford F-150 pickup truck with a trailer. The engine was still running but no one was behind the wheel. A few feet away they found a riding lanwmower with a body beneath it.
Michael Giles, 68, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators say it appears Giles was moving the lawnmower off the trailer when it toppled over and fell on top of the man.
Troopers are now searching a witness to the accident.
