An Orange County Sheriff's deputy was shot in the back Wednesday while at a storage complex on the westside of Orlando.
Investigators have told WDBO that the extent of the relationship between the deputy and shooter is unknown. The deputy was off duty at the time of the shooting.
David Allmond with the Orlando Police Department says the shooter knew the victim. The deputy has been transported to Orlando Regional Medical Center and is in stable condition.
