It's been two years since Deputy Scott Pine was shot and killed in an ambush. The suspect that shot and killed Deputy Pine was in possession of a stolen gun.
Deputy Scott Pine’s memorial and vigil comes just one day after the state Senate passed a bill, to increase the death benefits of first-responders killed in the line of duty.
The vigil was held at a park named after the fallen deputy.
