Orlando, Fla. — A 20-year-old Cocoa man smelled of alcohol and yelled profanities at park security when he was arrested at SeaWorld Monday night.
According to an arrest affidavit, Kyle Graham groped a child while exiting the Manta roller coaster ride.
The victim told Orange County deputies she was waiting to ride the roller coaster and noticed Graham staring at her.
After riding Manta, she says Graham quickly followed her, then grabbed and held onto her, according to the report.
She screamed, “you grabbed my butt!”
The victim notified SeaWorld employees and Graham attempted to run away towards the park’s front entrance.
An OCSO deputy stopped Graham, who became irate and verbally aggressive.
The affidavit says Graham was cursing the arresting deputy all the way to jail.
Once at the jail, Graham reportedly became disrespectful with the jail nurse, saying, “they need to have people who speak English at the window.”
He faces charges for felony child abuse, disorderly intoxication and misdemeanor battery.
