High winds from a cold front racing across central Mexico caused a massive billboard to topple over, crushing several cars on a busy road.
Someone from inside a business across the street recorded the moment when the billboard came down. In the video, witnesses can be heard screaming as the billboard falls to the ground.
The Daily Mail reports five people were injured, two critically in the accident. Four of the people injured were all in the same SUV.
Widespread power outages were also reported after the system moved through the region.
Video of the mishap has been viewed and shared on social media thousands of times.
