Body believed to be of Miya Marcano found at Orlando apartment complex

Orlando, Fla. — Orange County Sheriff John Mina gave an update Saturday afternoon about the search for 19 year old Miya Marcano, who had been missing for 8 days.

During the press conference, he said that the emergency response team was searching the Tymber Skan on the Lake Condominums in Orlando and found a body believed to be that of Miya Marcano.

He says the team was searching there after cell phone records show that the person of interest, Armando Caballero was near that apartment complex the Friday night Miya was reported missing.

However, he says although they are certain the body found is Miya’s, confirmation will come from the medical examiner’s office.
