Black Lives Matter Grassroots expressed support for Hamas, describing their actions as a “desperate act of self-defense” against Israel.

The group, representing 26 local chapters, including BLM-Florida, sided with Palestine after the conflict resulted in casualties, including over 1,000 Israelis and 11 Americans.
