Super Bowl Sunday is finally upon us!
This Sunday's game, which starts at 6:30 p.m. will have the New England Patriots squaring off against the Los Angeles Rams at the Mercedez Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia.
This year's game will be a rematch of Super Bowl XXXVI, which started New England's run with Bill Belichick and Tom Brady 17 years ago. It will their 9th Super Bowl trip since then, and its also the Rams first trip back since that showdown as they hope to take home their first win since the 1999 season.
Our listeners on the WDBO Open Mic are pretty evenly divided on who they believe will win the game, but as usual, its never too late to throw in your pick. You can always tell us your thoughts on the game or any topic using the open mic feature in the News 96.5 WDBO app.
Then of course, there's the halftime show. The headliner is Maroon 5, along with Travis Scott and Big Boi. There is a lot of talks about what will be played, but that is speculation at this point.
As you can imagine, along with everyone else who has one, President Trump will be in town at his private golf in West Palm Beach to resume his hosting duties at his annual Super Bowl Watch Party.
You can listen to the Super Bowl starting at 6 pm on News 96.5 WDBO FM.
